Terms of Service for Virelith

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website operated by Virelith (“Site”) and the services, information products and goods offered by Virelith (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

We specialize in Enterprise legal advisory services, including but not limited to corporate governance guidance, compliance reviews, and contract drafting support. All services are provided subject to these Terms.

3. Information Products

We offer digital materials such as reports, manuals, templates and guides (“Information Products”). Access to these materials is granted after payment in full.

4. Goods

We may offer physical items related to legal advisory, such as branded documents, workbooks or reference kits (“Goods”).

5. Payment

All fees are due before delivery of Services, Information Products or Goods. Payment may be made via credit card or bank transfer as specified during checkout.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Enterprise Legal Advisory Services

• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of fees paid, less an administrative fee of 5%.
• Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to commencement are not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer the service appointment to another date within six months at no extra charge.

6.2 Information Products

Due to the digital nature of Information Products, all sales are final and not eligible for a refund once access credentials or download links have been provided. This policy is necessary to protect the integrity of our intellectual property.

6.3 Goods

• You may ship back Goods within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened condition for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping expense.
• To initiate the process, contact us via support form within the 30-day period to receive instructions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Business-related Centre.
